Project Manager CMMI

Qualification:16 years of education in Computer Science from a university/institute recognized by HEC. Certification in PMP shall be preferred.

Experience: 08 Years of relevant experience with at least 5 years with Govt

Skills Required: 

• Ability to provide leadership, counsel, must have undertaken such projects in the past, motivation and constructive performance reviews with project staff, securing their respective commitments to the goals of the Project.
• Excellent communication/ presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure and to resolve problems in an efficient manner
• Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
• Well versed with office productivity, MS Project, MS Excel Internet, and email applications

Job Descriptions:

• Design project implementation plan to meet the objectives of project within the defined scope
• Identify, define and integrate tasks assigned to the project team
• Directs the priorities, work program, and resource allocation within the project
• Coordinate the project activities in the allocated region
• Continuous monitoring of project milestones and deliverables for proper utilization of funds in line with project scope, objectives, and rules & regulations
• Regular follow-ups  on the release of funds with Ministry of IT and other Govt Departments
• Implement the project plan as devised by Project Director in the allocated region
• Monitor the progress of companies undergoing CMMI implementation
• Overall responsible for project management, success/failure, and execution
• Assist Project Director in preparation of short/long term project plans and then execute them
• Perform milestone review with higher management
