Job Description includes; but not limited to:

  • Developing creatives for social media.
  • Designing branding material such as Banners, Backdrops & cover pages for various documents.
  • Formating/proofreading of documents such as reports, newsletters, press releases, memos, letters, etc.
  • Support for development & dispatch of newsletters, invites & greeting cards.
  • Coordinating with vendors for production & printing-related issues.
  • Coordinating with Administration/procurement department for organizing events & supporting logistical arrangements.
  • Taking & editing photographs/videographs.
  • Taking notes & reporting.
  • Any other related task for the smooth functioning of the department.

  • Keen to bringing-in innovation to content development.
  • Stays calm under pressure, & be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stays updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Takes responsibilities, & meets deadlines.
  • Comfortable in working extra hours (as & when required).

Required Skills (Mandatory):

  • Proficient in working with Typography & designing Softwares; such as Inpage, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premier Pro, Indesign, Powerpoint, Word & Excel.
  • Must have hands-on experience in handling DSLR cameras for videography & photography.
  • Basic knowledge of social media dynamics.
  • SEO skills are additionally preferred, but not essential.

Experience / Education:

  • Bachelors or Diploma in Media Sciences
  • 2+ years of working experience in a Marketing agency / Communications related capacities.
