Position Overview
The Driver will provide support to the operations team by transporting staff members within and/or outside the designated location. This position reports to the Office Manager/ and/ or Admin Assistant.
Scope of Work
- Drive staff members on assigned routes in line with the safety and security trainings and protocols of the company
- Following the required and expected technical, cleanliness, safety and security enhanced protocols of the company and all concerned laws and traffic rules of Pakistan
- Maintaining a log-sheet
- To follow the best conduct and ethical behavior in good faith
- Ensuring appropriate maintenance and performing regular vehicle inspection, to manage preventive maintenance
- Using expertise in making suggestions and recommendation for vehicle repairs as and when necessary
- Providing support to administration team as when required
Qualifications
- Valid driving license and a clean driving record
- Previous experience of providing transportation for international organization preferred
- Basic knowledge of security protocols preferred
- Working experience in Southern Punjab and ability to speak local languages will be preferred
- Basic understanding of English language and speaking skills required
