Overall Experience:
Must have 10 years or above experience in Criminal Justice System as mentor/trainer in any Law enforcement Agency or similar services (LEA) with special courses in criminal investigation and modern techniques.
Experience in specific field /Sector:
Crime scene management, evidence collection and preservation, Crime scene investigation techniques, Interrogation and interview techniques, Interrogation from juveniles and women, modern techniques for investigations, reporting, Sexual Violence & role of Police, Use of Force.
Skills/Competencies:
Must know the Police Operations, practices and deficiencies, have sufficient experience in Police investigational work, must know PPT, must give practical demo of crime scene investigation be able to explain in very simple and easy way for mid/senior rank police officer. Knowledge in International good practices in investigations under IHRL, Use of Force and Community Policing would be an asset.
