the ideal candidate is expected to have:
• Hands-on experience in running social media campaigns and delivering success.
• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in social media marketing and brand awareness by using social networking channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tumblr, Snapchat, LinkedIn, blogging and any other relevant platforms
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/IT, advertising, communications or a related field (or No degree at all if you are already a good influencer on social media marketing)
• Understanding about the relevancy for social media channels utilization for different business models in context with Pakistan culture and norms.
• Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media pages and provide regular recommendations to the management for any necessary change or shift.
• Extensive knowledge of each network and it's best practices as it applies to B2B marketing
• Familiar with the Pakistani social media trends and knowledge in Adverting & Media
• Creative in execution of different innovations, should be story teller, able to support creative team in creative content writing and graphic and video creation.
• Good understanding of SEO for Web & Mobile Apps.

• Assist in planning paid social media campaign strategies and budgets.
• Advance computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent analytical, team bee, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Fast learner with thinking and problem-solving skills
