Incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure compliance with the work plan and required coordination with other units of the organization.
  • Provide input in updating the evaluation, research and development system of the organization in accordance with the principles set forth in the Operations Manual and suggesting improvements whenever necessary.
  • Assist in developing guidelines for evaluation, research and development to partner organizations.
  • Appraise prospective partner organizations also establish and maintain a management information system for the inputs and outputs generated in the process.
  • Report to donor agencies in consultation
  • Responsible for MER progress reports (Quarterly/Annually).
  • Assist in ensuring compliance of Environment, Social Management Framework through relevant units/focal persons
  • Contract third party firms whenever required and manage their assignments.
  • Ensuring consistency with operational policies and procedures.

Qualification/Experience

  • At least 16 years of education or Masters in Social Sciences and relevant disciplines / Project Management/Masters in Business Administration / Masters in Public Administration from a HEC recognized institute.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation or related field and 1 year of team management role.
  • Experience in project management and managing ME&R related activities.
  • Team management skills and team working skills to work in an inter unit and cross functional team
  • Negotiation Skills with strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage professional relationships efficiently and effectively
  • Must possess presentation skills and time management to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
