CHILD SAFEGUARDING:

Level 3:  the post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.

ROLE PURPOSE:

This position provides technical support to Admin & Security Officer for Database development & maintenance, documentation, filing and preparation of program related reports/implementation

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Prepare & share daily, weekly and monthly progress report on  project activities
  • Make the analyses of data according to need.
  • Maintain the record of all data in hard and soft of project activities
  • Preparation of program presentation and updating on regular basis.
  • Update follow up data on the basis of daily consultation in respective forms.
  • Regular coordination with Response coordinator.
  • Comply with the requirements of Save the Children’s Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children.
  • Assist Admin, Security & Logistics officer in Admin and fleet management.
  • Raise and keep the record of PRs of project activities
  • Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role Sharing security sitreps of the region  with the Country Security Management Team
  • Ensuring the compliance of organization’s policies and procedures
  • Arrangement of all utilities bills and ensure their timely payment.
  • Availability of office supplies & stationary and maintaining their record.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Master degree in Social sciences will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential

  • Total work experience of 1-2 years and 1 year of relevant experience (Sector specific).

 Desireable

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  • Good organization skills;
  • Computer literacy with strong knowledge of MS Office;
  • Fluent spoken and written English language;
  • Ability to work independently to a high professional standard;
  • A service oriented attitude;
