AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide chauffeur services at the country level including knowledge and compliance of travel, customs and travel procedures.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained regularly.
- Carrying out duties as per set instructions e.g. doing errands.
- Communicating the work of NCA in Pakistan e.g. at security check posts, to security official
MAIN TASKS
- Timeliness in carrying out the tasks.
- Maintains an updated vehicle & generator logbook by filling in all required information properly and accurately.
- Regular car and generator(s) check & maintenance.
- Ensure the First Aid Kit, Tool kit, contact lists & Fire Extinguisher are available in vehicle.
- Follow the traffic regulations as per local law.
- Reports promptly any losses, malfunctions or accidents immediately after event occurs.
- Facilitate in collection of the quotations for procurement purposes.
- Facilitate in the repair and maintenance when and if required.
- Take care of Reception area when not on driving duty.
OTHER DUTIES / FUNCTIONS ASSIGNED TO THE POSTION
- Coordination among the team.
- Compliance with Security routines, regulations and SOPs.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Changes in this job description will take place after discussions between employer and employee, and as a part of the annual performance review follow-up.
Experience / Education
- 7-10 Years of experience of working with National / International organization
- Minimum matriculation certificate from education board
- Valid CNIC
- Valid LTV License
- GPRS Navigation/ Map reading Required
- English language understating and basic Spoken required
- Pushto speaking and understanding ( Added value)
- Security and Professional Driving training certificate ( Added Value)
