Assistant Engineer (Process)

Qualification:

• DAE (Chemical)

Experience:

• Minimum 03 years of professional experience preferable in petro-chemical industry.

Skills:

• To ensure safe and sound operations of pipeline network while maintaining sound coordination with all respective departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience of operation & troubleshooting of oil wells working, gas sweetening plant, TEG, SRU, LPG recovery plants.
• Crude oil stabilization and handling in terms of production, pumping & dispatch by bowzers
• Capable of plant startup/shutdown/emergency handling.
• DCS, PLC & historian experience & logging of operating parameters.
• Capable of operations of RO water treatment, pumps, heat exchangers, dryer, distillation tower, gas generators, compressor, cooling water system.
• Good knowledge of safe working practices, HSE functions at oilfields.
• Process and occupational safety awareness.
• Ensuring the SOP, issue work permits and area preparation for hot and cold jobs.
