Relevant Experience:

• 3 years of experience in communication, report writing, editing, knowledge management
• Experience of developing reports, research papers, newsletters, social media outreach products
• Experience of field research and analysing qualitative data
• Excellent experience of compiling/writing/editing of corporate/private/development sector reports
• A good understanding of development sector
• A good command on linguistics and corporate writing

Job Description:

PPAF’s responsibility/input

• C&M will be the focal unit from PPAF for the assignment and will facilitate the consultant by:

• Discussing the assignment in detail with the consultant

• Provide Approve report contents

• Review the draft report and provide inputs on it

• Approve the report for designing

• C&M will facilitate the consultant

• Discuss the designing format/layout and title of the report

• Provide photographs for the report

• Approve the final designed report

Deliverables: Outputs and Activities

A report writer will be hired to prepare a comprehensive report on the two days conference covering all the proceedings, discussions and key happenings.

1. Prepare notes on all proceedings, highlighting key discussion points, and recommendations
2. Record and analyse key issues and challenges presented by the researchers
3. Prepare the content list of the report
4. Prepare the final report on the 3rd International Conference on Research & Learning
5. Provide the quick brief report within two for sharing with all the participants
6. Design the final approved version of the report for printing & online dissemination
