General objectives of the function:
[The Admin Fin Manager will be leading the Admin Fin department under the supervision of the Admin Fin coordinator, he/she shall ensure the adequate implementation of the Accounting and Finance functions through the designing processes and working on developing the internal Accounting and finance system in accordance with MdM international guidelines and by assessing current practices]
The position’s requirements are:
Academic Qualifications:
Graduation degree in management, finance, and accounting is mandatory
Master Degree in Management sciences is an asset;
Experience;
Minimum 03 years in accounting and finance management or managerial/executive level or preferably 3 to 5 years in a recognized INGO
Experience in negotiations and relations with local partners and authorities in a moving and difficult legal, administrative and political context
Experience in management of multi projects budgets and foreign donors (ECHO, MOFA, AFD, etc.)
Knowledge & Skills;
Good working knowledge of financial management and administrative
Good communication skills in English & Urdu
Strong knowledge of financial tools and management
Excellent working knowledge of Saga
Writing and reporting skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Advanced knowledge of Excel
