Qualification:
MA/MSC in Social Sciences
Relevant Experience:
Ten years’ experience in Disability sector
Contextual understanding on inclusion of PWDs as well as global/regional policy experience
Experience in developed IEC material
Job Description:
Development of Toolkit for disability inclusive development and online training module for refresher training and follow up within the staff of PPAF
Conducting sessions of two hours duration on Inclusive Development for managers and decision makers at PPAF
Conducting disability equality workshops/sessions for the staff of PPAF
Training 100 participants from implementing partners on disability inclusive development
Development of concept note and framework for engagement of DPOs (Disabled Peoples Organizations) in PPAF programs
Networking workshop with 30 DPOs and orientation on the framework
Consultative meetings with relevant Government focal points (Ministries/departments) NGOs, INGOs and corporates on thematic areas including Educations, DRR and Emergency Management, Health and Economic development/livelihood
Development of a booklet on initiatives of mainstreaming disability in development by PPAF with a purpose of promoting best practices
